The Lift

Begin your journey to the North Pole powered by the magic of Santa’s elves. Listen carefully to Elf Conductor Noel’s instructions as Captain Pinecone zooms you through the clouds to the North Pole.

Enchanted Forest

Step through the Wundr Door into the snow-covered North Pole and wander past the Wishing Well to the Elves’ Workshop.

The Elves’ Workshop

Master Builder Elf Jock McChisel and his apprentice Holly are ready to show you how the toy-making line works. Watch closely so you’re ready for your shift at the Toy Sorting Station.

Toy Sorting Station

All little trainee Elves welcome here! Santa’s helper will show you where to pick up a letter and go to find the right toy. Once you’ve found it, drop it off at the wrapping station and you’re on your way to becoming an Elf.

Mrs Claus’s Kitchen

Ah that smells delicious! Meet Mrs Claus in her kitchen and she’ll demonstrate how to make those special treats that her dear hubbie loves so much!

Listen carefully so you can leave the right snack out for the Big Man on the night before Christmas.

What is Wundrful World Of Christmas?

Wundrful World of Christmas is a magical, mixed reality walk through experience perfect for 3 to 8 year olds and their grown ups. You will be guided by a cast of animated characters combined with real life actors and interactive theatrical set and scenery on an unforgettable Christmas adventure.

What is The North Pole Post Office?

At the end of the Experience, you will arrive at the North Pole Post Office where you can pick up your photos with Santa, purchase Christmas gifts, decorations and choose from a range of delicious lollies at Candy Cane Lane!

How do I get my free Santa letter pack?

To claim your complimentary Santa letter and Elf Mail envelope, simply go to the counter after you’ve picked up your photo and our friendly staff will assist. Don’t forget to scan the QR code on your envelope before you post it in the Elf Mailbox so that you get updates from your Delivery Elf as your letter makes its way to the North Pole!

Will I get to have my photo taken with Santa?

Yes, each group of ticket purchasers will have their photo taken with Santa at the conclusion of the Experience.  Each group is entitled to one free print of their photo with Santa in a specially designed cardboard frame. Additional Santa photo prints with your choice of background as well as a digital package are available to purchase in the gift shop.

To claim your free group photo, simply head to the photo terminal in the North Pole Post Office and scan the QR code on the card you’ll be given by your photographer. Then collect your group photo from our friendly staff at the retail desk.

Is Wundrful World Of Christmas suitable for children?

Absolutely! Wundrful World Of Christmas is designed for young Santa believing children aged between 3 and 8 years old. From the Elves’ Workshop to festive cooking with Mrs Claus, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Is the event accessible to individuals with disabilities?

Yes, Wundrful World Of Christmas is fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that all guests can enjoy the event comfortably. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you require any specific accommodations.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes, photography and videography for personal use are encouraged. Capture the magic of Wundrful World Of Christmas and share your experience with friends and family! However, please be mindful of other guests and avoid using flash in performance areas.

How long is Wundrful World of Christmas and how long should I plan to stay?

Approximately 50 minutes but we recommend allowing additional time in the North Pole Post Office to browse the goodies on offer. Plan to spend approximately 1 hour at Wundrful World Of Christmas to fully enjoy all the activities.

Where is Wundrful World Of Christmas located and how do I get there?

We are located at Wundr, Borough Yards, Units 219-221, Clink St, London SE1 very close to London Bridge and Borough Market, just along from The Clink Prison Museum.

By Train and Underground: The closest station is London Bridge using the Borough Market exit (2 minute walk).  Borough and Southwark Station are just a little further away (approx. 7 minute walk).

By Bus: Buses 344, 381, N343 and N381 stop at The Hop Exchange.

By Bike: There are 64 bicycle spaces available at Borough Yards with bike parking bays around Borough market.  The nearest Santander docking station is on Park Street.

By Car: There is no parking at the venue but there are several public car parks within a relatively short walk such as Union Car Parks (approx. 7 mins walk) and Snowfields NCP (approx. 11 mins walk).

When are the Wundrful World Of Christmas and North Pole Post Office open?

Selected days between 7th November and 24th December 2025.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the experience space. However, there are many cafés and food outlets nearby offering a variety of snacks and drinks and you can buy some delicious sweets and Christmas treats in the North Pole Post Office.

Is there Pram/Stroller Parking?

Yes, there is a designated space for strollers and prams. Strollers and prams are not permitted within the Experience space for safety reasons. For parents carrying infants, we recommend bringing baby carriers.

Are there toilets in the Experience?

There are no toilet facilities within the Experience itself, but there are toilet facilities in Borough Yards. We strongly recommend taking your little ones to go before entering the Experience.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Carers are very welcome at the Experience with free admission upon providing the appropriate documentation through our ticket portal. Please select Get Tickets at www.wundr.live and choose the Carer option for more details.

Are animals permitted inside the Experience?

Animals are not permitted within the Experience other than service dogs.

When should I arrive?

Make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your allotted session time. Demand is expected to be very high so if you miss your session time, we may not be able to accommodate you.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are sold by session time and prices vary depending on the day and time of your visit. Prices start at £17.50 per ticket.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online via our website at www.wundr.live/london or in person during trading hours at the Box Office located in the North Pole Post Office at Unit 219 Stoney Street, Borough Yards, London SE1. We strongly recommend booking in advance for your best chance of securing you preferred date and time.
