An immersive adventure to meet Santa and his Elves!

13th November to 24th December

What our visitors say

"From the first moment in the lift to the final wave to Father Christmas, our two were buzzing. The elves were warm and funny, and the Elf Mail that arrives after the visit has become a nightly read at bedtime. It felt magical and very well run. We will be back."
— Emma James from Camden
"A beautiful way to share the magic of Christmas with our little one. The Enchanted Forest and Mrs Claus kitchen were stunning, and the toy sorting had us all laughing. We left with lovely photos and a bag of treats from the Post Office. Thank you to the whole team."
— Sophie Barnes from Kent
"Went along not quite knowing what to expect and came out grinning. The story flows through each room in such a clever way and Father Christmas was wonderful with the children. Queues moved quickly and the staff were brilliant. Easy five stars from us."
— Miles Nation from Bushey

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Wundrful World Of Christmas?

Wundrful World of Christmas is a magical, mixed reality walk-through experience perfect for 3 to 8 year olds and their grown-ups. You'll be guided by a cast of animated characters and real-life actors, through interactive theatrical sets and scenery, on an unforgettable Christmas adventure. This year in London, the adventure doesn't stop when the show ends – there's a whole other world waiting on the other side.

How do I get my free Santa letter pack?

Your free Santa letter and Elf Mail envelope are given to you during your visit. Take it with you to write later on the benches in the Elves' Playground. Don't forget to scan the QR code on your envelope before you post it in the Elf Mailbox so that you get updates from your Delivery Elf as your letter makes its way to the North Pole!

Will I get to have my photo taken with Santa?

Yes, each group of ticket purchasers will have their photo taken with Santa in his Grotto at the conclusion of the Experience. Photo prints and digital packages of your time with Santa, with your choice of background, are available to purchase from the in-store terminals in our retail area.

After your photo, simply head to the terminals and scan the QR code on the card you'll be given by your photographer. Make your purchase selections and then collect your group photo from our friendly staff at the retail desk.

Pre-purchase your group Santa photo with your ticket and your first print, presented in a specially designed card frame, comes at a substantially discounted price versus buying on the day. In-store framed prints are also available to purchase from the retail desk.

Will my child get a free gift from Santa?

Yes, every child receives a small keepsake gift from Santa at the end of the Experience.

Once you've collected your photos and finished browsing in our retail area, your Christmas adventure continues. Step through a passage of glowing, hanging vines and discover the Elves' Playground – an expanded festive wundrland with enchanting light installations, a small selection of gentle fairground rides perfect for little ones, and Christmas food and drink stalls to explore at your own pace. It's also where you'll find the Elf Mailbox and benches, if you'd like to write and post your letter to Santa there.
