What is Wundrful World Of Christmas?

Wundrful World of Christmas is a magical, mixed reality walk through experience perfect for 3 to 8 year olds and their grown ups. You will be guided by a cast of animated characters combined with real life actors and interactive theatrical set and scenery on an unforgettable Christmas adventure.

What is The North Pole Post Office?

The North Pole Post Office is a branch of Elf Mail’s Postal Service in the heart of Sydney. Write your wish list letter to Santa and track it on its way to the North Pole - free with every ticket. Santa will be there too so once you’ve been through the Experience, have your photo taken with the Man himself! You can also purchase Christmas gifts, decorations and choose from a range of delicious lollies at Candy Cane Lane!

How do I get my free Santa letter pack?

To claim your complimentary Santa letter and Elf Mail envelope, simply go to the counter after you’ve picked up your photo and our friendly staff will assist. Don’t forget to scan the QR code on your envelope before you post it in the Elf Mailbox so that you get updates from your Delivery Elf as your letter makes its way to the North Pole!

Will I get to have my photo taken with Santa?

Yes, each group of ticket purchasers will have their photo taken with Santa in the North Pole Post Office at the conclusion of the Experience. Each group is entitled to one free print of their photo with Santa in a specially designed cardboard frame. Additional Santa photo prints with your choice of background as well as a digital package are available to purchase at the North Pole Post Office.

To claim your free group photo, simply head to the photo terminal in the North Pole Post Office and scan the QR code on the card you’ll be given by your photographer. Then collect your group photo from our friendly staff at the retail desk.

Is Wundrful World Of Christmas suitable for children?

Absolutely! Wundrful World Of Christmas is designed for young Santa believing children aged between 3 and 8 years old.

Is the event accessible to individuals with disabilities?

Yes, Wundrful World Of Christmas is fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that all guests can enjoy the event comfortably. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you require any specific accommodations.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes, photography and videography for personal use are encouraged. Capture the magic of Wundrful World Of Christmas and share your experience with friends and family! However, please be mindful of other guests and avoid using flash in performance areas.

How long is Wundrful World of Christmas and how long should I plan to stay?

Approximately 50 minutes but we recommend allowing additional time in the North Pole Post Office to write and post your wish letters to Santa and browse the goodies on offer. Plan to spend at least 1 hour at Wundrful World Of Christmas to fully enjoy all the activities..

Where are Wundrful World Of Christmas and The North Pole Post Office located?

Wundr, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 located at the corner of Market Street and York Street opposite the QVB. The North Pole Post Office is located two doors down from the entrance to the Experience on York Street.

When are the Wundrful World Of Christmas and North Pole Post Office open?

Selected days between 1st November and 24th December 2025.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is paid parking available nearby. We recommend using the secure parking facilities at the QVB at 111 York Street or Wilson Parking at 190 - 202 Clarence Street. Public transportation is also highly encouraged due to the central location.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the experience space. However, there are several cafés nearby offering a variety of snacks and drinks and you can buy some delicious lollies and Christmas treats in the North Pole Post Office.

Is there Pram/Stroller Parking?

Yes, there is a designated space for strollers and prams.  Strollers and prams are not permitted within the Experience space for safety reasons.

When should I arrive?

Make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your allotted session time. Demand is expected to be very high so if you miss your session time, we may not be able to accommodate you.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are sold by session time and prices vary depending on the day and time of your visit.  

Peak pricing:
Adults: $41.50
Children: (ages 3-16): $31.50
Family Pass: (Up to 5 tickets with no more than 2 adults): $31.50 per person

Off peak pricing:
Adults: $37.50
Children: (ages 3-16): $27.50
Family Pass: (Up to 5 tickets with no more than 2 adults): $27.50 per person

Each ticket includes one group Santa photo print taken in the North Pole Post Office.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster via our website at www.wundr.live, at www.ticketmaster.com.au or at the Box Office located in The North Pole Post Office next door. We strongly recommend booking in advance for your best chance of securing you preferred date and time.
